Please note: Warranty Claims all must come through our warranty claim form, we are unable to process any warranty issues via chat, phone or email.

We are in Portland, Oregon, USA, so we work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Our customer support times are Monday to Friday, 10:00-3:00 PM. Our warehouse is open from 10AM- 3PM PST. Please note that those are not "store hours" as we don't have an official store front, only a warehouse. Since we are a small team, we are sometimes closed for staff trail work days, photoshoots, or other events - please check our website for any listed closures in the announcement bar before coming in.

Keep in mind: We are a small company, we have families and are required to go hiking often, so there will be days when the office is closed.

Nonetheless, Diorite is committed to prompt, reliable customer support and you should expect an answer from our team within 1-2 business days.
